What's In Store at ONRA Camp:

Campers not only get a minimum of 1 hour of ride time, but they get to experience the variety of horse ownership and careers. Camp will include teaching the kids how to train horses, basic first aid and maintenance, as well as the various fun activities you can do with a horse! The camp groups are small, so kids get to receive more one-on-one experience. Campers do not share a horse with other campers, so they get to completely have their own horse for the week.

Some Possible Experiences Campers Will Get:

  • Carriage Driving

  • Western Gaming

  • Vaulting/ Trick Riding

  • Exploring Fair Hill Vet Clinic/ Race Track

  • Riding Through Fair Hill for the Day

  • Jumping

  • Bareback

  • Lunging

  • Farrier/ Dental Care

  • Horse Ownership Costs

and more!

  • long pants/ breeches

  • A shirt that covers the shoulders (t-shirt)

  • boots with a low heel (about 1")

  • lunch/ water bottle
